Place the fountain on a stable, level surface near a suitable outlet. Assemble and prepare the filter according to the included instructions, then fill to the marked level before switching on the pump.
Unplug before cleaning. Clean the bowl and pump regularly and replace filters according to the current care instructions and water conditions.
Find its place in your home.
The product diagram shows approximately 28 cm (11 in) across and 21 cm (8.3 in) high. Leave space around the fountain so your pets can approach comfortably.

Is it 2 gallons or 7 liters?
The stated reservoir capacity is 7 liters, approximately 1.85 US gallons. We use 7 liters throughout the page to keep the specification consistent.
Does it run on batteries?
The listed pump is powered through an outlet. It is not a cordless, battery-powered fountain.

Can I buy just the replacement filters?
Yes. Choose “6 replacement filters.” That option does not include the fountain.
Which package includes the extra filter pack?

Can several pets use it?
The large reservoir is intended for dogs, cats, and multi-pet homes. Check and refresh the water daily; the refill interval depends on how much your pets drink.
How should I clean it?
Disconnect power before cleaning. Follow the included care guide for the bowl, pump, and filter. Keep the pump intake clear and never run it without enough water.
