A comfortable fit starts with a measurement.
Measure where the collar will sit, allowing space for two fingers. Use the size guide beside the buying options to compare neck measurements in centimeters and inches.
XS adjusts from 28–38 cm (11.0–15.0 in); the largest size adjusts from 42–56 cm (16.5–22.0 in). Check your dog’s actual measurement before choosing a size.

How do I choose the right size?
Open “Find your fit · size guide” beside the size choices. Measure your dog’s neck and choose an adjustment range that includes a comfortable fit. Size labels alone do not indicate which breed a collar will fit.
Which light modes does it have?
Steady light, slow flash, and fast flash. Follow the included instructions to switch between them.
Do I need replacement batteries?
The collar is USB rechargeable. Follow the supplied charging guide and use a compatible USB power source.
Can my dog swim while wearing it?
Avoid swimming or submerging the collar, and keep the charging port dry. Follow the product’s included care instructions.
