Is a memory card included?

No. You will need a compatible TF/microSD card. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming the card capacity or format for your camera.

How do I view and transfer my videos?

Use the camera’s built-in screen to review recorded clips. To view files on a computer, use a compatible memory-card reader. Check that the reader works with your computer’s ports.

What comes with WagCam?

The camera, USB charging cable and collar attachment clip are included. Choose White or Black using the Color selector. A TF/microSD memory card is not included.

How do I check the fit for my pet?

Check the camera and attachment against your pet’s collar before use. It should sit securely without rubbing, getting in the way or restricting movement. Supervise the first session and remove it if your pet seems uncomfortable. Ask us if you need help checking suitability before ordering.

My dog destroys most toys within a day, so loose pieces are always my biggest concern. This one feels much sturdier than the usual pet-store toys and has held up through tugging, chewing and being dragged around the yard. I still inspect it like I do every toy, but so far there are no threads or little pieces coming away. That peace of mind is exactly what I wanted.

I had no idea the fuzzy surface on regular tennis balls could be rough on teeth until our vet mentioned it. The hair-free balls from HappyPet Co. have the same fun bounce my dog loves, but they are much easier to rinse clean and do not collect dirt and hair. We keep one in the car and two at home now because he looks for them every day.
